Formed training program

Formed is a training program created by Jubilee+ and designed to help you equip people in your church to grow in their relationship with Jesus and step into the leadership potential God has placed within them—especially in urban and under-resourced communities.

Whether you’re working with emerging leaders, new Christians, or those who wouldn’t naturally see themselves as leaders, Formed provides a simple and accessible way to invest in people.

Formed features 28 teaching videos (most under 20 minutes), including three devotional sessions, alongside a Formed Workbook and Facilitator’s Guide.

At Proximity, we had the privilege of helping to develop this course, and we’re delighted to be able to make eight sessions available below free of charge – giving you a great starting point to explore the material with your team or community.

We believe God raises up leaders from every background, so training needs to be accessible, relevant, and rooted in real life. Formed reflects this, shaped by lived experience through Jubilee+’s Voices initiative and refined through real church use—making it a practical and flexible resource you can confidently use in your context.
